This allows for the asset to be sold while producing income for the seller.
Why hire FEITE to consign your business?
The reality is sellers can be reluctant to sell at a market price or the sale timing is just off.
This consignment method allows for a benefit to sell while someone else runs the asset with similar interests. Yes. You are paying a management fee to FEITE to run the asset but in reality will be subtracting that from your profit cash flow.
